Media Release: Resignation of Misheck Mwaba, Vice Chair

NIAGARA – It is with mixed emotions that we announce the resignation of Misheck Mwaba as Vice Chair and Member of the Board, effective immediately. Misheck has advised the Board that he is leaving his current post as Dean of Trades and Technology at Niagara College in order to accept a Vice President – Academic role at Bow Valley College in Calgary, Alberta. Misheck has brought tremendous value and insight to the Board during his tenure 2014-2017.

  • Niagara Industrial Association is currently comprised of 210 strong local advocates for manufacturing in Niagara.
  • The Board of Directors will be meeting at a special meeting scheduled for Tuesday August 30th in order to select a suitable course of action for the remainder of the current Board’s term of office.
