The Niagara Community Observatory, in cooperation with the Dept. of Political Science Speaker Series, is excited to announce the presentation of its latest policy brief #35, SHIFTING GEARS: Examining the recent upswing in Niagara's manufacturing sector, researched and written by recent Master's graduate Sean Calcott and Brock Associate Professor Charles Conteh.

A presentation of the latest manufacturing numbers for the region, from 2012-18, and what it means for Niagara and its policy makers, will be followed by a panel discussion to include Mishka Balsom (Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce), Dolores Fabiano (South Niagara Chamber of Commerce), and Blake Landry (Niagara Region; Niagara Industrial Association).
