Committees
The Board of Directors of the NIA have implemented the following committees responsible for the various functions and responsibilities of the NIA.
General Management & Administration
This committee is responsible for planning and executing the general management and administrative functions of the NIA.
Finance
This committee is responsible for managing and reporting on the NIA’s financial resources.
Business Development
This committee is responsible for business development matters on behalf of the NIA membership. The committee identifies business opportunities, develops business strategies and executes on business development opportunities for NIA membership.
Membership & Marketing
This committee is responsible for membership development and relationship management, as well as the marketing and communications activities of the NIA.
Government & Public Affairs
This committee is responsible for managing communication and working relationships with all levels of government, advocating on behalf of the Niagara manufacturing sector, and liaising with government bodies to ensure awareness of the issues affecting Niagara’s manufacturing sector.
Education & Training
This committee is responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with education and training-related stakeholders to ensure that education and training is aligned with the needs of Niagara’s manufacturing sector.
