Steve Walters, Wallai
Steve Walters grew up in Niagara-on-the-Lake, spent his first 27 years in the region, and worked in a local manufacturer’s warehouse as a teenager. After 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including Pfizer, he founded Wallai, where he turns big-company strategy into practical AI tools that help manufacturers cut manual data entry, get clearer reports, and help the team and tech they already have get more done leveraging AI and automation. He lives in Ancaster with his wife and two boys and still does much of his work with Niagara businesses.
