As a program manager with the YMCA of Niagara Employment and Immigrant Services he helps clients and new Canadians reach their employment goals and assists employers engage with new hires and current employees.

She has spent her career focusing on progressive human resource practices, leadership development, and being a disruptor in the HR field. With experience spanning multiple industries including, retail, transportation, manufacturing, construction, and currently aerospace, Kiara has a unique perspective and strong passion for all things people and culture.
